Create your own sugar skull! Flagstaff Nuestras Raices will lead participants in the fun of decorating a sugar skull while sharing the significance of this tradition. Tickets are $5 each and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are non-refundable. Admission to the Celebraciones de la Gente festival must be purchased separately and are required for participation in the Sugar Skull Decorating Workshop.
