Welcome to the Willows, ages 7-8

Camp Description: Campers will create a made-up culture together in this camp about anthropology and ethnology. We’ll learn about the Indigenous cultures of the Colorado Plateau and gain an understanding of how place influences culture as we discuss our own cultural backgrounds and the place we live. With the Willows as our home base, we’ll meet the People of the Pines and the Garden (our camp friends in other age groups) and learn about art, music, food, language, games, clothing, shelter and tools.
Before and After Care:
Before care 8am-9am $40/week
After care 3:30pm-5:00pm $60/week

Cancellations must be received by e-mail. If notice of cancellation is received 21 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a $25 administrative fee (per program/per reservation) will be issued. If notice is received after 21 days prior to the program start date, a refund will only be issued if the reservation is filled by another camper, and the refund will be less a $25 administrative fee (per program/per reservation). Refunds will not be given for Cancellations made 10 days or less before the start of a program. The Museum of Northern Arizona reserves the right to cancel any camp up until 14 days prior to the program start date if enrollment is insufficient or inclement weather occurs or other conditions beyond our control. If the Museum cancels the program, a full refund will be issued.
