A limited number of tickets are available for each weekend of the Heritage Festival. Purchasing tickets online in advance is not required. 

*If the online tickets are sold out, don’t worry. You can buy tickets when you arrive at the museum. Shuttles will be running from the north parking areas on Saturday and Sunday.

The Festival is open from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, with the last online booking time at 3:00 pm. The Festival weekend dates are:

July 2-4

July 9-10

July 16-18

July 23-25

Each weekend will feature different artists and performers. Please check the Festival schedule for a full list of artists and performers prior to purchasing online tickets. Online ticket purchases are final, with no discounts or refunds. 

MNA Members are required to reserve a visit time online, but do not need to pay anything additional for their ticket. Members are limited to 2 Adult Member tickets per membership and direct family under the age of 18 are free, but still require an online ticket. Discounted tickets, such as Guest Passes, NAU Students (with I.D.) and North American Reciprocal Program (NARM), are not available on Festival weekends.

Festival Visitor Tips: 

  • Please keep in mind onsite parking at the Museum is limited. 
  • Saturday and Sunday will be the busiest weekend days. Consider coming on a Friday for less crowds and first opportunity to shop the artist's booths. 
  • A limited number of tickets are available per time slot. Visitor entry is based on the time indicated on your ticket. Early entry or late arrival is subject to visitor crowds at the time of entry. 
  • Visitors are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. 
  • Visitors with Festival tickets will receive a wrist band for access to public areas of the Festival, including MNA's galleries and shop. 
  • The Museum Shop will not be available to non-ticket holders during the Festival weekends. 
  • MNA follows CDC guidelines in regards to Covid-19.
