Purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended.
- Online ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds for online tickets.
- Tickets purchased must be redeemed no later than 4pm on the day of visit.
- Tickets are also available onsite until 4pm, one hour before closing.

MNA Members are required to reserve a visit time online, but do not need to pay anything additional for their ticket. Members are limited to 2 Adult Member tickets per membership and direct family under the age of 18 are free, but still require an online ticket. Discounted Tickets such as Guest Passes, Museums for All, North American Reciprocal Program (NARM), and ActOne Culture Passes are not available for advanced ticket purchase. These tickets are available onsite at the Museum’s main entrance.
